Job Overview:

As an Entry-Level Service Advisor with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are often the first and most consistent point of contact for our guests. You play an important role in creating a welcoming, trustworthy experience by assisting guests when they need help with their vehicle and supporting the service team throughout the day.

This position is designed as a growth opportunity for someone eager to learn the automotive service industry. The primary responsibilities include safely picking up and delivering guests using our branded shuttle, answering incoming phone calls, and helping build strong guest relationships through friendly, professional communication. As experience and confidence grow, this role offers a clear path to developing into a Service Advisor, with hands-on exposure to guest communication, service processes, and shop operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processesCheck guests in and outAnswer phone calls and schedule appointmentsProviding safe shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicleTreating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian BrothersAssisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts, and other errands as neededKeep the facility clean and organizedAssist other team members as needed with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperworkDirect, coordinate, and participate in performing guest service activities as dictated by workloadServe as a community ambassador for the store through creating authentic relationships and partnershipsFollow all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned Qualifications:

Proven successful customer service experience is required; driven to serve othersExperience as an Automotive Service Advisor or an Automotive Service Representative preferredMust have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and guestsValid state driver's license; Meet the required insurance driving record parametersAbility to seek and accept coaching and directionAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwarePhysical Requirements:
