Job Overview:
As an Entry Level Automotive Service Advisor/Writer with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the trusted professional our guests rely on for assistance with their vehicles. Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships, as you are the face they see every time they invest in their vehicle.
Entry Level Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.
Ideal candidates will have a passion for continuous growth, drive to get the job done right, and a personality that is upbeat.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processesCheck guests in and outAnswer phone calls and schedule appointmentsProviding safe shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicleTreating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian BrothersAssisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as neededKeep the facility clean and organizedAssist other team members as needed with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperworkDirect, coordinate, and participate in performing guest service activities as dictated by workloadServe as a community ambassador for the store through creating authentic relationships and partnershipsPresent the best solution to properly repair our guest vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understandConsistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrityMaintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all timesCommunicate on the phone in a clear professional mannerBuild long-term relationships between the store, yourself and our customerDirects, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activitiesWork together as a team and assist other employees as neededFollow all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned Qualifications:
Valid state driver's licenseExperience in Retail, Hospitality, Automotive Customer Service or Sales PreferredExperience as an Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales a plus but not requiredMeet required insurance driving record parametersEnjoy a fast-paced environment and a Team mentality (we work hard but like to have fun doing it)!Ability to seek and accept coaching and directionAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwarePhysical Requirements:
