Job Overview:
As an Automotive Lot Attendant with Christian Brothers Automotive, you will be managing and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of a vehicle lot. This includes tasks like parking and organizing vehicles, ensuring vehicles are accounted for, and supporting sales and service departments.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respectMoving newly arrived vehicles, in progress as well as finished vehicles, around our parking lot in an organized mannerDriving vehicles to the front after the transaction is complete. Stay tuned in when a customer is checking out and assist the front desk staff with having the guest car delivered to the front of the shopAccounting for and keeping inventory of all cars on the lotEnsuring the cleanliness of the parking lot, including picking up debris and trashResponsible for all facilities' housekeeping duties for the lobby, bathrooms, and shop. Including but not limited to; cleaning, straightening, sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying wastebaskets, and organizingResponsible for occasionally test-driving vehicles Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes Occasionally providing safe shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicleDriving off-site to run errands. Including picking up / returning parts and cores and other miscellaneous errands as neededAssist other team members as needed with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperwork Follow all safety policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
Ability to work outdoors and stand on your feet for extended periods of timeAbility to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehiclesMust be a minimum of eighteen years of ageMust have a valid driver's licenseProfessional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer servicePhysical Requirements:
