About this role
The Labourer is responsible for performing physical labor tasks at commercial construction sites and operating various hand and power tools.
Minimum 1 year experience in constructionKnowledgeable in tool safety, workplace safety, and equipment operation.CSTS 2020Preferred knowledge of First Aid and CPR.Effective communication with supervisors, coworkers, customers, and all involved stakeholders.Self-reliant, adaptable, collaborative, open to feedback.Efficient in task completion, and open to improvements.Demonstrates respect for diversity and treats others respectfully.Travel may be required (occasionally inter-provincial) As part of the recruitment process, selected candidates may be required to complete a pre‑employment physical assessment to confirm ability to perform the essential functions of the role safely.Chandos only accepts applications through our portal from individuals.
