We're looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead large commercial construction projects from excavation through turnover. You'll lead site operations, coordinate trades, manage schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure every project is delivered safely and successfully.

What You'll Do

Journeyperson trade certification or equivalent construction experience10+ years of commercial/institutional construction experience with a large general contractor10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a large general contractorExperience delivering complex commercial construction projects from excavation through turnoverStrong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site operationsAdvanced leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skillsForecasting experienceCSTS 20Nice to have

The base salary range for this role is listed above and may vary based on your experience. This position also includes a competitive bonus program. Throughout the interview process, we’ll discuss your background to determine the best alignment for your experience level.
