Journeyperson trade certification or equivalent construction experienceCSTS 208+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a large general contractor10+ years of commercial construction experienceStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and sequencingExperience leading crews, trade partners, and site activitiesStrong communication and organizational skillsForecasting experienceNice to Have
