Bachelor’s Degree (EE, CE or CS) Master’s Degree preferredAt least 10 experience in the design, development and qualification of aerospace electronicsExperience with both digital and analog design. VHDL experience preferred.Ability to perform initial board bring-up and troubleshooting.Experience with hardware/firmware/software integration.Understanding of configuration management, requirements traceability (DOORS) and related processes.Understanding of embedded software programming (C language) is a plus.DO-254, HALT, DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, DO-178B experience with qualification testing.Ability to design, analyze, troubleshoot and test electronics.Experience in writing reports and test procedures.Experience performing validation and verification of requirements while ensuring conformance to DO-254 processes.Position Experience:
MUST know data communications protocols. Excellent written and verbal communication.Experience with VHDL design and verificationKnowledge of DO-178B and DO-254 standards preferred.Ability and willingness to travel (including outside the U.S.) up to 25%. Other Terms:
