Our Charlotte, NC office is looking for an Installation Technician to provide basic and advanced technical and mechanical production of Cenero's audiovisual and video conferencing integration products. He/She is responsible for ensuring a great client experience is delivered with the highest quality possible. Actively participating in the mechanical and technical production of the installation process, this client facing position follows Cenero Core Values to ensure the project is completed as designed.
Job Responsibilities include:
Provide technical assistance for Cenero's basic and advanced integration productsUtilize basic level experience and ability on technical processes, hardware and softwareUse proper methods to carefully load/unload, pack and secure materials in transit for installationsUtilize mechanical installation standards to ensure hardware is installed safely and as specified in designProvide daily updates by reporting to the Lead Technician and Production ManagerMaintain client interaction, assessment of site conditions and training protocolsUnderstand document control process training for field mark-upsMaintain a clean and orderly work environment at all timesUtilize and maintain proper PPE protocol at all timesMaintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and embrace a team-centric environmentOther duties as assigned High school, trade school or college education or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceBasic knowledge and hands on experience with AV equipmentAbility to communicate effectively with clientsBasic knowledge of VTC, ATC and networking software is preferredMust be able to lift 75lbs regularlyBasic knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, routers, firewalls is preferredValid driver's license with minimum of 3 years clean driving recordBasic knowledge of Windows-based computers and softwareAbility to work in a fast-pace, changing environment Competitive wages based on experience.
