About this role

CEDA is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager, Chemical Cleaning to join our team in Red Deer, Alberta, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, Chemical Cleaning.

The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for chemical cleaning clients, leading projects from initial planning and estimating through execution and completion. This role is responsible for developing strategic project plans, preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating technical requirements, and providing ongoing support to field operations.

Provide direct leadership, coordination, and continuity to assigned crews while maintaining communication with the General ManagerSupervise field personnel, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and project activitiesPlan and coordinate work in accordance with project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety objectivesMaintain a safe, clean, and environmentally responsible worksite as per CEDA policies, procedures and Safe Work PracticesIdentify and address unsafe or environmentally unsound conditions and initiate corrective action as requiredPrepare crews and equipment in advance for setup, processing, rig-down, and decontamination activitiesEnsure equipment is properly received, inspected, maintained, and operational throughout each projectComplete accurate Daily Service Orders and required project documentationCoordinate site orientations, employee travel, accommodations, and other logistical requirementsDevelop work procedures based on company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulationsObtain vendor quotes and coordinate third-party services when requiredPrepare project cost estimates in accordance with plans, contracts, and client requirementsWork closely with laboratory services, blend plants, and other internal departments to support successful project completionBuild and maintain positive customer relationships through safe, reliable, and measurable work performanceInteract professionally with client purchasing departments, site personnel, and project managersReview and understand client agreements to ensure contractual obligations are properly managedSupport sales activities as directed and coordinate opportunities with the Business Development teamProvide performance feedback and initiate disciplinary action when appropriate.Perform other related duties as requiredRole Specifications:

3-5 years related work experience in Oil & Gas industry, specific experience in Chemical Cleaning services is required.Business or Technical degree or equivalent is considered an assetKnowledge of regulatory requirementsProven project management and planning abilities in the Chemical Cleaning industryStrong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organization and communication skills requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Office, Field FX and AX an assetPersonal Characteristics:
