About this role
CapTech is seeking a Business Development Executive with experience in the Healthcare industry. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, developing new clients, and identifying new opportunities within current accounts. Successful candidates should be entrepreneurial, have significant healthcare experience, a history of strong relationship management, and a proven track record in selling IT consulting services to a wide variety of companies in the Healthcare space. Must demonstrate strong prospecting and client facilitation of the full consulting sales cycle. CapTech operates without quotas as we believe in building long term relationships. We also have a non-capped commission structure.
Specific responsibilities for the Business Development Executive – Healthcare position include:
Identify strategic sales opportunities with a high probability of both closing and being successfully delivered.Develop and execute pursuit strategies that produce and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities at target accountsDrive solution-oriented opportunities through the sales pipeline, successfully advancing high value opportunities while actively closing othersSuccessfully convert opportunities to wins at target accounts identified in partnership with portfolio leadershipDeliver on annual new account revenue objectives and support account teams in cultivating revenue at existing accountsPartner with portfolio leadership to effectively transition won engagements to account delivery teams while ensuring superior project delivery and a positive client experiencePartner with portfolio leadership to define and execute strategies that grow our industry footprintCollaborate with portfolio leadership to identify target accounts and annual new account revenue objectivesLeverage industry relationships to identify targets based on CapTech's capabilities.Manage client relationships as an advisor to the client strategy, outcomes, and immediate/long term demands.Support account management and delivery teams in fostering relationships with client decision makers and influencersEngage a broad set of buyers at target accounts to understand their needs and build CapTech’s brand recognitionPartner with Account Leads at existing Healthcare accounts to leverage insights from these clients to drive new account growth, and vice versaEstablish and maintain strong C-level partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders at target accountsContinuously build knowledge of Healthcare industry trends, opportunities, and challenges Continuous education in business strategies, design concepts and methodologies and/or technologies10+ years of proven sales and account management experience in management consulting industry in HealthcareExcellent collaboration and team building skillsExperience building relationships with C-suite stakeholders and business decision makersAbility to assess client needs, identify omissions and gaps, and define optimal solutionCreative thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex technical/business problemsAbility to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influenceExperience leading both Client and CapTech teams through complex technology solution salesExcellent communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsResults-oriented in spite of obstacles; ability to balance important versus urgent work to achieve long-term resultsSomeone who is energized by the opportunity to develop and execute a strategy to win new accountsAbility to balance multiple initiatives and deliver high quality interactions with prospective customers and CapTech’s internal team.Hands on experience in a number of sales business disciplines such as consulting services, business operations, project management, information technology, software development, with a proven ability and record of successAbility to create dynamic presentationsWillingness to travel as needed We want everyone at CapTech to be able to envision a lasting and rewarding career here, which is why we offer a variety of career paths based on your skills and passions.
