New Business developmentMaking Prospects and new clients and turn this into increased business.Cold calling. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers.Build relationships with new clients. Plan approaches and pitchesWork with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through Job Description differences to a positive conclusionUse a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.Client Retention and servicing Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.Walk in Interviews are Friday 10:00 AM- 5.00 PM & Saturday 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
