Burnham Building | 10 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02110You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Job Responsibilities:
Smile and welcome customers when they enter the coffeehousePrepare & serve handcrafted coffee beveragesServe fresh baked pastries and handmade sandwichesProvide 1 to 1 service to all customers; from hello to goodbyeFollow Caffe Nero coffee standards everydayDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Must be passionate about taking care of customers and making them happyContribute daily to the Caffe Nero teamGet to know, support, and care for your Caffe Nero familyEnjoy working in a fun, yet demanding and fast paced environmentTo succeed, we feel you will need to have a great attitude and lots of energy.
