Our managers provide vision and mentorship to bakery team members; ensure a pleasant neighborhood experience to all customers; and lead their bakery to achieve or exceed financial results.

Support the General Manger and team members in all aspects of daily bakery operationsAssist in the Hiring, training, and development of a highly productive bakery teamOptimize profits and sales in the bakeryEnsure a safe work environment for team members and guestsComplete administrative paperwork, daily planning, implementing in-house marketing plans, and maintaining adequate inventoriesParticipate in planning and preparing the delivery of the freshest, highest quality bagels, coffee and other productsMaintain store cleanliness, service, sanitation and safetyProvide regular development and coaching to new and experienced team membersDemonstrate a commitment to carry out local store marketing plansThe ideal candidate will:
Have the ability to adapt and succeed in a fast paced environmentCommunicate effectivelyDemonstrate exceptional customer service skillsHave previous supervisory experienceBe able to stand for extended periods of timeA desire and willingness to learnWe have a management training program designed to help you succeed.
