About this role
We currently have an opening in the Sales Department as a Sales Tech Representative in the Shreveport / Bossier City area. Sales Tech Representative will be handling face to face sales of services to new potential customers at our retail locations.
Primary Job Objective: Responsible for developing new and maintaining existing sales contacts; developing and delivering sales presentations; participating in development, modification and application of existing and new company products; and developing and maintaining communications with all levels of staff and customers in a cooperative and professional manner.
Additional duties include customer service, brand promotions for our clients, direct sales, marketing, and in-store campaigns for our clients. We will provide all the training needed!

Must have some sort of technical, sales, customer service, and/or marketing experience

Understands how web applications function and how they work with browsers
Capable of working autonomously or with little guidance
Make equitable decisions for the customer and the company in customer situations.
Identifies the right solutions for customer billing, technical and/or account issues
Assists store management team in store opening/closing procedures as required
