About this role

Project Management, Technical Planning and Implementation of Digital O.R. (Audio/Video solutions), and Intraoperative Imaging projects with focus on EMEA.Drive all projects phases from PO, technical clarifications, site preparation,shipment/delivery, installation, release for clinical use and end-users training withinagreed timeline.Assist our Sales team by providing technical support, by reviewing quotes and sketchingsite specific layoutsDraft preliminary technical scheme (video routine diagrams, Video signal transfercustomization)Create detailed spatial drawings integrating sites specifics constraints, standards,procedures and workflows.Build truthful and professional relationship with all the project’s actors onsite: biomedicalengineers, surgeons, nurses, radioprotection representatives, but also Hospital plannersand architects, contractors, third party suppliers, electricians, IT technicians andpurchasing agentsManage internal coordination with our order processing, production planning, export,installation specialists, support and educational teams.Feasibility studies for new Operating Rooms areas in hospitalsDevelopment of OR design concepts with Brainlab solutions integratedProject management: project planning, project coordination, resource planning, in- andexternal stakeholder management, demonstrate project ownership, Brainlab face toexternal partnersClose cooperation with customers (surgeons, anesthetists, hospital administration…) and3rd party vendorsProject Documentation Academic degree in engineering, construction or IT, or project management certificationMinimum 2 Years Experiences in projects within the medical business (incl. projectmanagement)Technical understanding combined with interpersonal and administrational capabilitiesWillingness to travel internationally up to 20%Profound English skills (additional languages like German, Spanish, French are a big bonus) A mutually-supportive, international teamMeaningful work with a lasting impact on medical technology30 vacation days, plus December 24th and December 31stBike leasing via cooperation partner "BikeLeasing"Parking garage and safe underground bike storageAward-winning subsidized company restaurant and in-house cafesVariety-rich fitness program in our ultra-modern 360m2 company gymRegular after work, team, and company eventsComprehensive training and continuing education opportunitiesReady to apply?
