Serve beverages to guests in a quick, efficient and courteous manner; perform side work to maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in assigned work areas. Must be 21 years of age to fulfill job requirements
Provide quality guest service experience, maintaining friendliness and a smile during all interactionsJob Tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standardsResponsible for familiarization of cocktails and prices in order to insure proper ordering and expedition of beverage ordersSuggest and up sell cocktailsObserve and anticipate guest’s needs in order to fill any additional requestsServe tables in proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as your supervisor requestedInform immediate supervisor if a critical supply or service situation should ariseResponsible for side work assigned and any additional assigned daily tasksPractice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do the samePerform related duties as assignedConduct oneself in a manner that reflects a positive professional imageGreet guests with a smile and a pleasant dispositionKeep assigned workstation clean; ashtrays, coin wrappers, etcFollow all cash handling procedures as listed in the Food & Beverage ManualResponsible for following the calling order when ordering cocktailsThis is a uniformed position, which requires that team members are in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty High School Diploma or equivalent requiredOne (1) year experience as a server in a fast paced environment preferredMust have a friendly, outgoing personalityAble to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisorsMust have cash handling experienceMust be able to work a flexible scheduleMust be able to carry and balance a trayAbility to work in a fast paced environment.Provide excellent guest serviceAbility to establish rapport with other team members throughout the casinoMaintain a positive attitude at all timesExceptional work habits All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
