POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Sportsbook Supervisor who will be responsible for the operations of a specific area of the Sportsbook during assigned shift including but not limited to approving or denying wagers from customers, scheduling of staff, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Supervise Sportsbook cashiers; ensures all transactions are performed according to Company policies as well as state and federal regulationsMonitor all monies being wageredApprove or deny wagers from guests in conjunction with the Risk and Trading teamMaintain Sportsbook vaultConduct sweeps/bankroll increases on cashier drawers as necessaryMonitor performance, conducts basic maintenance, and customer experience on kiosksHandle escalated guest disputes in the SportsbookReport issues and discrepancies to management immediatelyAdvise management of any operational concernsAssist with training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and/or scheduling department staff, as assignedEnforce Company’s Standard Operating ProceduresMaintain high visibility throughout the SportsbookProvide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employeesPerform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 1 year of experience with cash handling and sportsbook betting experience preferred Previous supervisory experience preferredAt least 1 year of ticket writer/cashier experience preferredStrong collaboration and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExperience in sports or online gaming highly desiredExceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers
