Quality Management System (QMS):
Assist in monitoring and maintaining QMS change requirement.Analyze current processes and propose solutions to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure complianceSupport in conducting collect information and assessments for continuous improvement.Support preparing in auditing activitiesData Analysis and Reporting:
Assist in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data using Power BI.Develop the Power BI dashboards and reports to track QMS change requirement and ConcessionHelp identify trends and insights in data to support decision-making processes.Collaboration and Communication:
Work cross-functionally with quality management teams, and other department regard Q-mindset improvementSupport preparing in Quality activity Educational Requirements:
Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering and Information Technology)Relevant coursework in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Process Improvement, Data Analytics, and Power BI Technical Skills:
Familiarity with Power BI (creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations).Familiarity with Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, data modeling).Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.English communication skills (both verbal and written).Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Enthusiastic and self-driven with a passion for continuous improvement.
