Compliance Framework & Implementation:
Monitor and ensure implementation of internal rules and global standards related to export control and sanctions complianceEnsure that all relevant business units and functions in Türkiye establish and maintain adequate processes aligned with export control and sanctions requirementsSupport the development and documentation of Türkiye specific procedures and controlsOperational Export Control Tasks:
Conduct classifications of goods, persons, countries, and end usesReview and approve sensitive or high-risk transactions (e.g., critical end use or Red Flags)Execute stop/release decisions for export relevant business casesPerform and document de minimis calculationsReview Due Diligence and KYC results and document outcomesRisk Management & Monitoring:
Conduct risk assessments for relevant legal entities and business areas in Türkiye and document the resultsAccompany and monitor the implementation of controls and ensure documentation of measures and outcomesSupport internal audits (C/AU) and external authority auditsAdvisory & Collaboration:
Serve as the primary contact for all export control and sanctions related questions arising from Türkiye based unitsProvide guidance on export control relevant customer and supplier processesContribute to the development of export control clauses in contracts with suppliers and customersCollaborate closely with the business units and escalate issues if business units do not implement required measures University degree in Business Administration, Business Law, or a comparable fieldSeveral years of experience in export control, sanctions compliance, or foreign tradeSolid knowledge of EU and national export control and sanctions regulationsExperience in operational decision making (e.g., Red Flag assessments, end use checks)High engagement, strong communication skills, and the ability to work calmly and precisely in a fast-changing environmentAbility to guide stakeholders and ensure implementation of compliance requirements
