Manufacturing planning for HE (Hydraulics Erosion) process, implementation and improvements
Responsibilities
Planning manufacturing processes and investment for MAE based on TPZ and production planRequisition orders for purchase or serviceResponsible for pre- / final acceptance and ramp up support of new machine and equipmentSetup quality documents (FMEA, CP, Work instructions…) according to RBCD policy, regulations and proceduresEnsure Bosch Production System (BPS) concepts implementation starting planning phaseImplementing quality tools in workshop (SPC, POKA YOKE, PDCA, QAM…)Prepared and get the MAE and process release from releasing departments /plantsLead and responsible for the problem-solving processEvaluate operation flow, cycle time, machines, tools and necessary materials to meet the production planCoordinate/responsible for the projects regarding cost reduction, quality improvements and customer satisfactionImplement action to prevent occurrence of nonconformities relating to products and processes through appropriate quality toolsFollowing all plant EHS regulations and proceduresSupport maintenance department for spare parts planningDefining wear off parts and ensuring the availability together with purchasing departmentPrepare all planning issues for Audits and accompany auditors to assure a successful AuditAdditional tasks from (senior) manager Qualification Requirement
Educational background (language):
Bachelor’s or master’s degreeFluent English (oral and written)Job Relevant Knowledge:
University degree in engineering or related Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power PointPriority to with experience in electrical discharge machining and hydraulic grinding processesPriority to with experience in AI applicationWork Experience:
3 years’ experience in planning or manufacturing high volume products
