Build Real-World Agentic AI at Enterprise Scale
Join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product & Service organization to help build next-generation AI-native workflow platforms used by 500,000+ users worldwide. We are transforming enterprise workflow systems into intelligent AI-driven platforms capable of understanding requirements, generating applications and workflows, validating outputs, and continuously improving through feedback and learning.
We are looking for a Senior AI Developer who combines strong AI engineering expertise, full-stack engineering capability, and product-oriented mindset to build scalable, production-grade AI systems for real enterprise environments. This is not a proof-of-concept role — you will work on real AI systems deployed at enterprise scale with measurable business impact.
What You Will Do
AI Engineering & Agentic AI Development
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered capabilities for enterprise workflow platformsBuild and improve Agentic AI systems for workflow generation, application generation, and intelligent automationDevelop AI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration frameworks, and structured AI workflowsImprove AI reliability, accuracy, scalability, and operational qualityAI Platform & Data Engineering
Build pipelines to extract, structure, and transform enterprise and legacy system data into AI-ready datasetsWork with ETL/ELT pipelines, vector databases, graph databases, search, and indexing systemsSupport AI lifecycle management including training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and optimizationContribute to AI observability, evaluation frameworks, and quality monitoring systemsFull-Stack & Enterprise System Integration
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Architecture teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platformsSupport AI-driven workflow automation, intelligent routing, predictive insights, and modernization initiativesWork with cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and scalable enterprise systemsContribute to security, governance, and operational best practices for AI systemsTechnical Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor engineers and contribute to AI engineering standards and best practicesDrive problem-solving and technical discussions across global teamsHelp translate complex business workflows into scalable AI-powered solutions Must-Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related fields7+ years of software engineering experience, including strong hands-on AI/ML system development experienceExpert-level Python programming skillsHands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI agent orchestration frameworksStrong experience building scalable, production-grade enterprise systemsExperience with APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and distributed systemsStrong understanding of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and large-scale data processingExperience with MLOps/LLMOps practices, CI/CD, containers, and cloud environmentsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skillsNice-to-Have
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent AI orchestration frameworksExperience modernizing legacy systems or enterprise workflow platformsExposure to Low-Code / No-Code or business process automation platformsExperience with vector databases, graph databases, or AI observability toolsKnowledge of AI performance optimization, inference optimization, or model efficiency techniquesApplication Requirement
