Planner in SMT line scheduling by customers and productsMonthly SMT Capacity Planning simulation and executionMonthly discussion with LOG and MOE5&MOE2 for Capacity discussion and loadingLeads SMT Planning and Scheduling groupMain driver for SMT leveling projectsFollow up on the daily SMT production outputTrack stock level of inventory/ semi completed/ holding in WIP/ staging areaPrepare daily report required from time to time. (eg: production tracking report)Coordination to solve problems that related to SMT planningTake lead and initiate for process improvementLead in MOE1 projects improvement and system CIP eg pull system and system planningAny other task as assign by superior from time to time. Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Engineering / Business / Manufacturing / AccountAt least 5 years practical experience in practical experience in SMT PlanningGood analytical and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Able to work independently with good coordination and organizational skillsResults-oriented with strong planning and resource management capabilityPositive mindset and able to perform well under pressureProactive in driving and supporting continuous improvement initiativesStrong communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate across departments Leave Entitlement e.g: Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etcCompany Insurances and etc
