P2Fプランニングプロセス（SAP PP）コンサルタントとして、需要計画、予測、MRP領域を担当グローバルSAP環境（R/3およびS/4HANA）におけるP2Fプランニングプロセスの支援・最適化・導入ボッシュのDX推進の一環として、SAP S/4HANAロールアウトおよびトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトに参画プロセスエキスパート、プロセスマネージャー、ITチームと連携し、プロセスの標準化・統一化を推進プロジェクトおよび運用フェーズにおけるテスト管理、ユーザートレーニング、ドキュメント作成の支援[Key Responsibilities]
Act as a P2F Planning Process Consultant (SAP PP) with expertise in Demand Planning, Forecasting, and MRP processesSupport, optimize, and deploy P2F planning processes across global SAP landscapes (R/3 & S/4HANA)Contribute to SAP S/4HANA rollout and transformation projects as part of Bosch’s digital transformation initiativesCollaborate with Process Experts, Process Managers, and IT Teams to drive process harmonization and standardizationSupport test management, user training, and documentation activities during project and operational phases[募集背景]

IT、ロジスティクス、情報システム、または関連分野の学士号SAP PP領域において約5年のプランニング関連実務経験（MRP、APO、需要計画、予測など） フルサイクルでのSAP導入またはロールアウトプロジェクトの実務経験がある方
グローバルプロジェクトおよびS/4HANAの経験があれば尚可
製造業における物流業務経験（自動車業界経験があれば尚可）SAP APOとERP間の統合に関する十分な理解以下の経験をお持ちの方：プロセスコンサルティングおよびロールアウトプロジェクトFIT-GAP分析および業務プロセス設計テストストマネジメントおよびユーザーサポート・以下のスキルをお持ちの方：
ビジネス要件を構造化されたドキュメントに落とし込む能力複数のステークホルダーおよびプロジェクト活動の調整能力自律的に業務を遂行できる分析力および問題解決力[Required Qualifications & Professional Experience]
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, Information Systems, or related fieldApproximately 5 years of SAP PP functional experience in planning (MRP, APO, Demand Planning, Forecasting), with hands-on experience in full-cycle SAP implementations or rollout projects; exposure to global projects and S/4HANA is preferred.Experience in logistics within manufacturing industries; automotive industry experience is preferred.Strong understanding of SAP integration between APO and ERP systemsExperience in:Process consulting & rollout projectsFIT-GAP analysis and process designTest management and user supportAbility to:Translate business requirements into structured documentationsCoordinate multiple stakeholders and project activitiesWork independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills[語学要件]
