Job Roles: Product/Platform manager, overall responsible for the product development, maintenance
Responsibilities:
Collect requirements from customer project team and transfer to internal PE products development targetLead cross-function (Hardware, Mechanic, software, reliability, purchasing, QMM, manufacturing, etc..) to develop new PE product and fulfill QCD requirement by following development processOrganize regular meeting to highlight the development target and track the status from all responsible functionsTrack product development design changes, OPL, and responsible for risk managementSupport of problem-solving during development phaseOrganize quality gate milestone review of platform projectResponsible for the developing product R&D budget management职位：产品/平台经理，全面负责产品开发与维护
职责：
收集客户项目团队的需求，并转化为内部PE产品的开发目标领导跨职能团队（硬件、机械、软件、可靠性、采购、质量、生产等），按照开发流程开发新的PE产品，并满足QCD（质量、成本、交付）要求组织定期会议，明确开发目标并追踪各负责职能的进展状态追踪产品开发的设计变更和开放问题列表（OPL），并负责风险管理在开发阶段支持问题解决组织平台项目的质量门里程碑评审负责开发中产品的研发预算管理 • Master’s degree or above in Power Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics, etc.
• >3 years of experience in Automotive PE product application, prefer working experience in below rols: TPM, product manager, OEM PE product engineer
• Knowledge in Automotive PE products (Inverter is preferred)
• Familiar with Inverter development process
• Experience in system engineering requirement management methods
• Familiar with component knowledges in PE products, e.g. PMoC, DC-Link, EMC-filter, PCBA, etc...
• Basic Knowledge of electronics in high voltage system
• Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Good leadership and conflicts management in team cooperation
• High sensitive about cost control, competition products
• Result orientation
• Good written and verbal English skills
• Willingness to work and interact in international team
