About this role
As part of Bosch’s innovative engineering teams, you will contribute to the development of next-generation automotive systems that enable safe, connected, and intelligent mobility.
In this role, you will design and develop embedded software that ensures reliable communication between advanced vehicle components, from radar and video sensors to automated driving systems.
Your contribution to something big:
Develop and maintain embedded software components focused on automotive network communication (e.g. CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet)Analyze and troubleshoot communication-related issues in complex embedded systemsCollaborate closely with product owners, architects, and global teams to align technical solutions with product requirementsContribute to software quality by participating in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement activitiesImplement and execute module and integration tests, including hands-on debugging on target hardwareSupport the creation of clear and structured technical documentation What distinguishes you:
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldExperience
Experience in embedded software development (automotive is a plus)Know-how
Proficiency in C (C++ is a plus)Good understanding of microcontrollers and debugging toolsKnowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet)Familiarity with Ethernet/IP-based communication is an advantageExposure to software testing frameworks (e.g. Google Test) is a plusUnderstanding of automotive standards (AUTOSAR, ASPICE, ISO 26262) is beneficialLanguages
