About this role
Job Incumbent shall be responsible for following :
Order management and planning Forecast demand and align with source plants to avoid shortagesSupport capacity planning with plant and warehouse teams for smooth operationsCoordinate order planning and scheduling with internal teams to meet customer and production needsProcess and acknowledge sales orders with accuracy and timely communicationMonitor inventory to ensure optimal stock levelsSales order documentation and management Manage pre-order commercial documentation (Letter of Credit drafts, Bank Guarantee, payment term deviations) to ensure accurate and smooth transactionsFacilitate pricing updates and obtain approvals in line with customer agreements and authority matricesProcess and maintain Sales Orders, Material Relase Note, Call backs&Credit Notes and write-offs with accurate documentation for tracking and auditEnsure compliance with direct control guidelines by maintaining required documentation as per company standardsSales performance and reportingPrepare and align sales forecasts with stakeholders to meet demand and capacity targetsMonitor sales Key Performance Indicators and drive corrective actions to achieve targetsTrack key metrics (Order Intake ,Sales, Inventory) and address performance gapsPlan and coordinate dispatches for timely clearances and deliveriesMaintain approval documentation as per authority metrics and company policiesUndertake additional responsibilities or projects as assigned by management or the reporting manager
Should : Graduation or Diploma in Engineering or Degree or diploma in Business Management
Experience : 8 to 10 Year
Knowledge / Specialization / Experience / Expertise required in the areas like :
Material Planning & CoordinationWell versed with Microsoft Office and SAP (Sales Module)Communication (this role is dealing with customers)Good Relationship ManagementMarket insights and understandingFinancial and Business AcumenPipeline and resource managementGood Documentation PracticeGood at Problem Solving Result OrientationAgile to adopt as changeApproachable and good team member
