The Automation & Smart Manufacturing track focuses on developing future leaders in automation, robotics, digitalization, and Industry 4.0, through hands‑on projects, cross‑functional rotations, and strong mentorship.

Rotate across Technical Functions (TEF) and Manufacturing with a strong focus on:Automation & Robotics EngineeringManufacturing / Production Engineering (automation focus)Industrial Engineering & Process OptimizationDigitalization, MES, and smart factory initiativesLead and support automation projects from concept, feasibility, to implementationContribute to productivity improvement, cost reduction, and safety through automationSupport industrialization and ramp‑up of automated production linesWork closely with manufacturing, engineering, and global automation teamsBuild leadership, communication, and project management capabilities through real business ownership What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, Robotics, Manufacturing, Software, Industrial Engineering)Strong interest in automation, robotics, testing and smart manufacturingPassion for improving manufacturing through technology and innovationGood analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skillsAbility to work in shopfloor and cross‑functional environmentsHigh learning agility and willingness to rotate across functions and locationsMinimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience. • Leave Entitlement e.g: Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etc
