Drive Productivity, reduce rework and rejection using Lean Tools.Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality norms and process controls.Conduct Time and Motion Study and Cycle-time analysis.Implement PFMEA, Control Plan and Risk Mitigation Actions.Improve layout, material flow, machine utilization, and ergonomics.Ensure first time right execution based on approved drawings and BOM.Ensure compliance to ISO and Involvement in all QHSE activities including internal and external audits.Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on project timelines and routing time.Allocate manpower and resources to meet production targets.Involvement in BPS activities and coordinating and driving RPP projects B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical with 3 - 6 years of experience
