Planning manufacturing processes and investment for MAE(machine and equipment) based on VPA and production planRequisition orders for purchasing or serviceResponsible for pre- / final acceptance and ramp up support of new machine and equipmentSetup quality documents (FMEA, CP, Work instructions…) according to RBCD policy, regulations and proceduresEnsure Bosch Production System (BPS) concepts implementation starting planning phaseImplementing quality tools in workshop (SPC, POKA YOKE, PDCA, support QAM…)Prepare and get the MAE, process and type release from releasing departments /plantsLead and responsible for the problem solving processEvaluate operation flow, cycle time, machines, tools and necessary materials to meet the production planCoordinate/responsible for the projects regarding cost reduction, quality improvements and customer satisfactionImplement action to prevent occurrence of nonconformities relating to product and process through appropriate quality toolsWork closely with different levels and functions to identify needs and introduce i4.0 projectsFollowing all plant HSE regulations and proceduresSupport maintenance department for spare parts planningDefining wear off parts, consumables and gages (FHMI, HIBE and FHPM) and ensure the availability together with purchasing departmentPrepare all planning issues for Audits and accompany auditors to assure a successful AuditAdditional tasks from section manager University degree (Bachelor or master) in Engineering or related major2 to 3 years’ experience in planning or manufacturing position for high volume productionComputer literate in Excel, Word, & Power PointUnderstanding of i4.0 and smart manufacturing technology and vision, familiar with digital tools, e.g. Power BI etc.Good English and/or German communication skill
