Warranty support (setup, analysis, problem solving, etc).Drive value stream quality topics reviewParticipate in process/system auditParticipate project team work.Responsible for handling of internal/external customer complaints.Participate in Q-BaseCoordinate on leadplant and customer auditFamiliar with quality process of PPAP, QG, FMEA, SPC, MSA etc.Big data analysis, be a member of data analytic compentence centerOther tasks as defined by Quality Supervisor or above Bachelor in Electronic or Mechanic Engineering2~3 year in quality assuranceSound knowledge of quality methods, office software, and cooperative spirit.Sound knowledge of data analysistools e.g. Minitab, QS-STAT, PowerBI
