We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Test Engineer with deep hands-on expertise, strong product thinking, and the ambition to modernize testing through AI.

🎯 Your Mission
Design, build, and continuously improve automation solutions using Playwright and Python.
Working with Product, Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, and Operations, you will embed quality throughout the product lifecycle and enable faster, more reliable releases.

1. Requirements and Test Design
Analyze requirements, designs, user stories, and acceptance criteriaIdentify ambiguity, risks, dependencies, edge cases, and negative scenarios earlyDesign and review test scenarios, test cases, and automation scriptsApply risk-based and shift-left testing to critical business journeysEnsure traceability between requirements, tests, defects, and releases2. Automation Engineering
Design and maintain scalable frameworks using Playwright with PythonAutomate web applications, APIs, integrations, workflows, permissions, and approvalsBuild reusable components and effective test-data solutionsIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelinesImprove test stability, maintainability, reporting, and execution speedEliminate flaky tests and automation bottlenecksPerform exploratory and manual testing where it provides greater value3. Integration and Performance Quality
Validate complex end-to-end workflows across multiple systemsExecute API, integration, performance, load, scalability, and resilience testingCollaborate with Architecture, DevOps, Security, and Operations to validate non-functional requirementsEnsure platform reliability for mission-critical global operations4.
