About this role
Support technical and service tasks, including device testing, demo design, on-site support, and technical documentation.Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Back Office, and Engineering departments to facilitate technical support initiatives and resolve service requests.Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing preliminary support to clients and internal teams.Participate in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, user guides, and support materials.Support the setup, configuration, and testing of devices and equipment for demonstrations and client deployments.Collaborate with the technical team to identify and document recurring issues and potential solutions.Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental objectives.
