BPS (Bosch Production System) / Lean systematics organization is a key success factor for the Bosch Production System. The constant changes in our business environment and the resulting shift in conditions require BPS Coordinators who continuously drive the implementation of the Bosch Production System at the plant. A crucial part of this role is the development and maintenance of BPS standards at the plant. Your responsibilities include: Coaching leaders in production on the application of the BPS system approach. Ensuring preparation and on-site support for BPS assessments by the value stream organization. Developing practical solutions for implementing BPS elements within the prescribed guidelines. Executing clearly defined BPS-related project tasks. Acting as a multiplier for BPS implementation across departments.
