Job Purpose: - To manage and optimize end-to-end outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatches, customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, transportation efficiency, cost control, and compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering / Logistics / Supply Chain ManagementMBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management preferred.Preferred Industry Experience: - Automotive, Auto Components, Industrial Manufacturing, Engineering Products, Process Industries.
Experience: 8 to 10 Years
Required Skills & Competencies :-
Strong knowledge of Outbound Logistics & Supply Chain Operations.Expertise in WMS/SAP (SD/MM/WM/EWM) and Warehouse Management Systems.Inventory Management and Transportation Planning.Customer Relationship Management.Root Cause Analysis & CAPA.Team Management and LeadershipData Analysis and Reporting (Excel, Power BI preferred).Negotiation and Vendor Management.Problem-Solving and Decision-Making.Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
