Job responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Actively identify and secure new business opportunities for Bosch HVAC solutions across Southern BulgariaPartner Network Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with installers, specialized distributors, construction companies, and engineering designersTechnical Consultation: Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping partners select the optimal Bosch systems for residential and commercial projectsSales & Negotiations: Conduct professional presentations, prepare commercial offers, negotiate contractsTraining & Enablement: Organize and conduct product presentations and basic training sessions for local installers and partners to ensure high-quality installationsMarket Intelligence: Monitor local competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to provide feedback to our central product and marketing team

Requirements:
University degree in HVAC, engineering or other relevant field would be considered a plus2+ years of previous professional experience in B2B sales within the HVAC, heating, building materials, or construction technology sectorsStrong technical understanding of heating systems, heat pumps, or ventilation solutionsExcellent communication, negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindsetGood organizational skills, high level of responsibilityProactive personality, ability to prioritize the workload, good time-management, multitaskingFluent English – written and spokenDriving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region What we offer:
