We are looking for an IT Operations & Support Lead who combines operational excellence, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and service-oriented mindset to ensure stable, scalable, and high-performing product operations globally. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to drive service reliability, operational efficiency, platform modernization, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Operations & Service Management
Lead day-to-day operations and support activities for global workflow platformsEnsure service reliability, system availability, performance, and SLA complianceMonitor operational KPIs, incidents, risks, and service improvementsDrive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and standardizationPlatform Modernization & Continuous Improvement
Support migration and modernization initiatives from legacy systems to next-generation platformsCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve scalability, maintainability, and operational efficiencyContribute to AI-driven operational improvements and workflow automation initiativesPromote continuous improvement mindset across teams and operationsStakeholder & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with global stakeholders across Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business functionsManage communication, escalations, priorities, and operational alignmentCollaborate with external vendors and technology partners to ensure service quality and delivery excellenceTechnical & Operational Governance
Support operational governance, incident management, and change management activitiesEnsure systems follow security, compliance, and operational best practicesContribute to operational reporting, service reviews, and leadership updatesSupport Agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration
Must-Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Service Management, Product Support, or Enterprise Platform environmentsStrong understanding of enterprise applications, cloud technologies, and workflow systemsExperience managing system operations, incidents, SLAs, and operational processesStrong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skillsProblem-solving mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilityExperience working with global teams and cross-functional environmentsStrong Advantages
Experience with Low-Code / No-Code or workflow automation platformsExposure to AI/GenAI-enabled operational environmentsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesKnowledge of operational analytics, monitoring, or reporting toolsExperience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation or migration initiatives Why Join Us?
