About this role
Responsible for industrial engineering：lean line design, time data management, QCO, Ergonomics check.负责工业工程相关业务: 精益生产线设计，时间数据管理，快速换型，人机工程学检查。
Support improvement activity with IE tools and methods, including efficiency improvement, layout optimization, etc. 用IE工具和方法支持改善活动，如效率改善，布局优化等。 Introduce IE tools and methods to related engineers and standardized;导入 IE工具与方法并予以标准化。
Monitor status of Ergonomics check and QCO;跟踪人机工程检查和快速换型的状态。
Support MAE design, layout optimization, line balance, efficiency improvement, etc .支持设备设计，布局优化，线平衡，效率改善。
Line/plant level simulation and digitalization.生产线及工厂层级的模拟仿真与数字化。
