About this role
The purpose of this position is to Support design, testing, and optimization of new manufacturing processes or improvements to existing Grinding processes.
Process Developments / Improvements
Assist in designing and conducting trials to test new processes or modifications to existing processes. Collect data and samples, monitor process variable during process development for analysis to evaluate process performance and provide input into solutions and improvements.

New / Used Mae Try-Out And Process Establishment
Identify and address technical issues or deviations during the MAE try-out and commissioning. Prepare reports and documentation summarizing process development activities, findings, and results. Collaborate on optimizing processes to improve OEE, design of fixtures for quick change and poke yoke
Try-out and Process establishment of new / used MAE as per plan
Competence Development
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to process development, digital technologies, automation etc.

Process Support
Collect and analyse data during trials/improvements to understand process behaviour, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Execute trouble shooting for process issues / technical breakdowns for business continuity.

Education
BE Mechanical / Mechatronics / ElectronicsExperience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the related technology field Knowledge
Knowledge on Engg drawing, Engineering statistics (Machine & Process Capability), SPC, GD& T, MSA etcKnowledge on programming depending on specific technologies (CNC programming, Vision programming, Press programming, Screwer programming, Python, etc)Knowledge on CNC, basic PLC systems, Hydraulics and PneumaticsHands on experience and in-depth knowledge @ level L3 in GrindingBasic knowledge on standard Digital solutions, competency (Power BI, Tableau, etc) and Emerging technologies (Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence)Functional Skills
