Key Responsibilities
Analyze backlog reports and initiate proactive communication with vendors to expedite product procurementMaintain and monitor expedite communication; provide responses within 24/48hEntry, confirmation, and management of purchase orders Execute material planning processes; monitor stock levelsIdentify bottlenecks in daily operationsDesign, prototype, and build automated workflows to streamline order management and vendor communications Graduate (graduated within the last 6 months) or currently enrolled in a diploma/degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field of study.Strong interest in business process automation (e.g., RPA, Power Automate, VBA/Macros, Python, or SQL)Basic knowledge of SAP is an assetAnalytical mindset with a passion for transforming manual workflows into scalable, automated processesExcellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration By choice, we are committed to a diverse workforce and are an equal opportunity employer.
