About this role
We are looking for a motivated engineer to join our R&D team and support the development, validation and launch of next-generation heat pump water heaters. This role offers the opportunity to work close to product innovation, laboratory testing and engineering decision-making, contributing directly to new product introduction and continuous improvement.
Your contribution to something big:
Support the development and industrialization of new heat pump water heater products;Analyze current and upcoming legislation, standards and technical requirements applicable to products;Define validation strategies, test plans and engineering test methods;Execute laboratory testing, measurements and performance evaluations;Prepare clear technical reports and communicate results to stakeholders;Participate in troubleshooting, brainstorming and root cause analysis activities;Support engineering change management processes during product development;Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Product Management and Manufacturing. What distinguishes you:
Academic Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or similar technical field;Knowledge in turbomachinery and aerodynamics and strong interest in thermal systems, refrigeration or sustainable technologies;Good communication skills in Portuguese and English;Ability to manage multiple priorities and technical topics simultaneously;Innovative mindset with willingness to challenge and improve existing solutions. Duration: 12 months
