About this role
At Power Solutions of Robert Bosch GmbH, we are searching in the Business Unit Electrolyser Solutions for a (Senior) Expert for Political Affairs and Governmental Relations in the field of hydrogen policy with a focus on electrolysis, who is well connected in the EU political community. The position is based in Brussels with integration into the Corporate Governmental Affairs Team.
Your Tasks
Represent the Bosch Group in the field of hydrogen and specifically electrolyser related policy towards the EU institutionsClosely monitor and enforce European subsidy schemes and de-risking instruments for market activation in Europe at European and member state level and on a global scaleFollow discussions on relevant political and regulatory topics and keep close contacts within BoschDevelop political positions of Robert Bosch GmbH on topics related to hydrogen and the electrolyser businessCommunicate the political positions of Robert Bosch GmbH internally and externallyRepresent Bosch in European associations and coalitions, at events and in internal and external committeesEngage in joint advocacy activities for the electrolyser businessAdvise Bosch departments on political developments and give general support Your profile
University degree and in-depth knowledge of hydrogen policy and related subsidy instrumentsDemonstrable work experience in hydrogen policyUnderstanding of EU decision-making processesVery good communication and networking skillsConvincing, flexible and reliable team player with strong analytical skills and ready to take initiativeAbility to work under pressure and independently on a tight deadlineFluent in English, German would be an advantage
