💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! As a Intern Supply Chain you will support the operations and learning initiatives in collaboration with experienced team members

🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

Order Management & SAP Tracking

Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders within SAP R/3; monitor and follow up on open orders pending supplier confirmations.Liaise with suppliers to expedite urgent or delayed deliveries and maintain accurate shipment tracking information in SAP R/3.Logistics & Documentation

Monitor daily inbound shipments and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure on-time warehouse arrivals.Prepare, verify, and execute export documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.Perform billing verification by reconciling vendor invoices against shipping and delivery documents; maintain accurate logistics records.Administrative Support

Support the Supply Chain team with data collection, analysis, and reporting for supply chain performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives. 👤 What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of SAP ERP systems (preferred).Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 💎 Why Intern With Us?
