Responsible for cost center planning, budgeting, controlling and reporting for overhead;Identifying and analyzing risk in business area and provide improvement solution;Responsible for project system budgeting and control;Verifying purchase requisition and control the spending of the company;Ensuring period end closing is completed timely;Managing and calculating development projects costs;Support monthly overhead controlling and review meeting;Preparing and submitting monthly reporting for the business;Preparing business plan and ensuring current forecast is updated timely;Preparing debit / credit notes to ME/XC and other business units; andKey user for overhead controlling and in charge of cost center maintenance. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in overhead cost planning, budgeting, and controlling.Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in Costing and Controlling modules.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
