Drive Enterprise Workflow Transformation at Global Scale

We are looking for a Senior IT Consultant who combines strong business analysis capability, strategic consulting mindset, stakeholder management, and execution excellence to support enterprise workflow transformation and digital modernization initiatives. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders to analyze complex systems, drive migration initiatives, improve operational processes, and deliver scalable IT solutions aligned with business goals.
Main Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Workflow ModernizationAnalyze enterprise workflow platforms, business processes, and system requirementsGather, document, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user storiesSupport modernization and migration initiatives from legacy systems to next-generation platformsIdentify process gaps, optimization opportunities, and operational improvementsStakeholder & Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a bridge between Business, Product, and Engineering teamsManage stakeholder communication, expectation alignment, and requirement clarificationSupport workshops, discussions, and cross-functional coordination activitiesCollaborate with multinational teams in Agile development environmentsData-Driven Insights & Operational SupportSupport business reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking initiativesAnalyze business and operational data to support decision-making and process improvementContribute to strategic planning, migration tracking, and operational visibilityAgile Delivery & Change ManagementParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectivesSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and release readiness activitiesPrepare training materials, user documentation, and change enablement supportHelp drive adoption of new systems, workflows, and operational processesProcess Governance & Continuous ImprovementTrack functional and non-functional work items across project lifecycleContribute to process standardization, operational governance, and quality improvementsSupport stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives. Must-Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related fields5–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Consulting, or Enterprise Solution environmentsExperience working on enterprise workflow systems, migration projects, or internal IT solutionsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process analysis capabilityExperience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and supporting Agile deliveryGood understanding of SDLC, enterprise systems, and business process optimizationStrong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skillsExperience working with multinational or global teamsGood English communication skillsNice-to-have
Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data visualization platformsExposure to workflow automation or Low-Code / No-Code platformsExperience supporting change management or digital transformation initiativesAgile, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or related certificationsExperience handling multiple projects or cross-functional initiatives simultaneously Why Join Us?
