Update and maintain data on the NGTM system to support implementation and daily operationsMonitor daily NGTM transactions and data flows to ensure smooth operationsValidate data completeness and accuracy across all systemsMaintain trackers and identify irregularities in data and processesFollow up on open issues and escalate as neededSupport TMC team and end-users with system and process-related questionsDocument recurring issues and their solutions for process improvementAssist with shipment monitoring and booking follow-up activitiesSupport exception tracking and reporting activitiesPrepare required documentation and support other daily operational tasks as assigned Education: Pursueing bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related fieldDynamic experience in school or social activities is preferredLanguages: English (mandatory)Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and structured reportingExperience with Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, or Python is advantageousBasic understanding of transportation, supply chain, shipment processes, logistics documentation, or operational workflows is preferredStrong English communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to support and collaborate with cross-functional teamsProactive and independent work styleStrong work ethic and commitment to continuous learningCan-do attitude with a drive for professional development Be entrusted with your own area of responsibilityReceive competitive internship allowancesJoin department’s outing activitiesHaving 01 paid leave per monthLunch allowance, parking allowanceDisclaimer:
