Graguate Engineer (Automobile/Production/Mechanical)
Understanding of lean manufacturing systems and concepts (ideally BPS & IE).Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize workload to meet established targets.Ability to travel for VM/BPS & RBIN/PJ-BPS benchmarking/coordination meets
