Monitors orders on a daily basis and organizes timely deliveriesResponsible for free of charge deliveriesInforms the recipient in a timely manner about the quantity of deliveryResponsible for customs clearance of exported goods that have been shippedCreates documentation for delivery related to special needs (e.g. customs regulations, taxes...).Prepares documentation for delivery in relation to the client's requirementsContinuously monitors deviations in the customs clearance and transport process and proposes measures to prevent them Basic knowledge of logistics processesFluency in English languageMS office packageSAP knowledge would be considered as an advantageGood analytical skills and problem solving ability
