Role Overview
Lead a technical team of around 5 members focusing on Digitalization and cross-service technical enablement.
The role combines hands-on technical contribution, team coordination, people development, and collaboration with WebApp, AI, Data, and other technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate a key technical teamProvide technical guidance for Digitalization, Automation, Integration, and related solution topics based on Digitalization Strategies of DepartmentContribute hands-on to technical implementation, PoCs, and complex project topics when needed.Plan team workload, assign tasks, and follow up progress, risks, and technical issues.Coach and support team members in technical growth and competence development.Work closely with WebApp, AI, Data, DevOps, and other teams to support cross-functional solutions.Support knowledge sharing, reusable solutions, technical standards, and good engineering practices across teams.Support requirement clarification, estimation, solution discussion, and technical workshops with project teams or customers.Provide technical and competence-related input to management when discussing future capability needs or new technology topics. Expected Profile
Strong technical background in IT Software Development, Digitalization, Automation, or related areas.Experience with Web Applications, APIs, system integration, databases, or automation solutions.Good understanding of modern software architecture and cloud-based applications.Basic to good understanding of AI and Data-related solutions is an advantage.Experience mentoring, coordinating, or leading a small technical team.Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work across different technical teams and collaborate in a matrix organization.Willingness to remain hands-on in technical work.Main Focus
