Planning, development and control of theoretical and practical apprenticeship program.Supervision of tasks assigned to students.Provide the necessary instruction / knowledge to the trainees.Keep up to date apprenticeship procedures and policies. Control and improve center indicators.Implement the educational plan of the Technical Training Center (TGA).Develop the material, manuals and practices needed for classes.Organize and schedule classes, materials and practices for the students.Development of the internal trainer teamPrimary focus on Mechanical curriculum development and instructions.Mechanic workshop practices (Lathe, Milling, Sawing and Drilling)Technical Drafting (Manual and CAD)(E)-Pneumatic System and TechnologySecondary focus on Junior fabrication company – Providing internal fabrication services to the factory Degree/Diploma/SKM Level 3 (Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering)For Diploma/SKM Level 3, must have 5 years experience.Instructor experience in a technical training organization. GDVT and Skill Education background are added advantage.Industrial hands-on experience especially in the automation or fabrication industry Leave Entitlement e.g: Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etcCompany Insurances and etc
