RFQ & Supplier Coordination: Prepare and distribute requests for quotations, manage supplier responses, and coordinate communication with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quotesMarket Research & Supplier Sourcing: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate sourcing opportunities, and maintain an updated supplier databaseNegotiation & Purchasing Follow-up: Support negotiation efforts with suppliers, track purchase orders, and follow up on delivery status and order fulfillmentPurchasing Reports & Documentation: Prepare purchasing reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper documentation of all procurement activities and transactionsOther tasks assigned by supervisors Final year student in Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or PurchasingPrevious Purchasing or Supply Chain internship is an advantageFluent in English (mandatory)Proficient in Excel and PowerPointStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented with careful attention to data and document handlingComfortable working with numbers and managing follow-up tasks systematicallyCoordination and negotiation skills are a plusProactive, responsible, and willing to learnTeam player with a service-oriented mindsetOrganized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyCareful, disciplined, and committed to meeting deadlinesAvailable for full-time internship position Be entrusted with your own area of responsibilityReceive competitive internship allowancesJoin department’s outing activitiesHaving 01 paid leave per monthLunch allowance, parking allowanceDisclaimer:
